Refund Policy

1. Lead Credit Policy
We stand behind the quality of our leads. If a delivered lead is demonstrably invalid — for example, a disconnected phone number, a completely fictitious contact, or a lead clearly outside your stated practice area — you may request a credit within 7 days of delivery.
Credits are applied to your account balance and applied against future lead charges. Credits are not issued as cash refunds unless your account is cancelled with a positive credit balance.
2. Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If a platform outage prevented lead delivery for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period, a prorated credit may be issued.
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a platform error, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge within 5 business days.
- First-month guarantee: New subscribers who receive zero leads in their first full billing month may request a full refund within 30 days of their subscription start date.
3. Exclusive Zone Plans
Exclusive Zone subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days from the start date, as zone exclusivity is reserved immediately upon subscription. Cancellation within the first 7 days qualifies for a full refund.
4. How to Request a Credit or Refund
To request a lead credit or subscription refund, email [email protected] with your account email, the lead ID (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all billing inquiries within 2 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund: leads that were contacted but did not retain your firm, leads that did not convert to a case, or leads where the consumer changed their mind after contact. Lead generation does not guarantee case conversion.
