By accessing or using KnowLegalLeads.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all subscribers, including law firms and individual attorneys.

2. Platform Description

KnowLegalLeads.com is a B2B legal lead generation platform. We operate a network of consumer-facing legal information websites that capture inquiries from individuals seeking legal help. These inquiries (“leads”) are routed to subscribed attorneys based on geographic and practice area matching.

3. Attorney Eligibility

Our services are available to licensed attorneys and law firms in good standing with their state bar. By subscribing, you represent that you are a licensed attorney or are acting on behalf of a licensed law firm. We reserve the right to verify bar membership and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

4. Lead Quality and Guarantee

We apply quality scoring and validation to all leads before delivery. However, we do not guarantee that any lead will result in a retained client. Lead quality credits may be issued at our discretion for leads that fail to meet our published quality standards. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Attorney Advertising Compliance

Our platform constitutes attorney advertising. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our platform and any communications with prospective clients comply with their state bar's rules of professional conduct, including rules governing attorney advertising and solicitation.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Pay-per-lead charges are billed upon lead delivery. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule applicable to your plan.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowLegalLeads.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law
